NO RUST
The paint job was done with the removal of fenders, bed and hood. The color is a subtle, two tone blue. The fenders and bed cover paint have slightly more silver. Ghost stripes (wings) are the lighter color and seamlessly blended in the front and sides of the truck. The custom paint is immaculate with no scratches or blemishes. The frame has been painted with rust resistant black paint.
The bed cover is raised and lowered with electrical struts. The controls are in the cab.
The bed has no dents or dings and is painted. It features a custom made battery box and the bottom of the bed is covered with diamond plate.
The interior paint is Porsche red.
The interior upholstery is matching red with blue piping to match the body paint.
There is a radio and disc player mounted below the seat.
The dash has a digital instrument cluster made by Dakota Digital. The digital lights are blue to match exterior paint. The original dash instrument cluster goes with the truck.
The front suspension is a Mustang 2 clip with disc brakes. The rear suspension is a leaf spring with lowering blocks. Drum brakes are rear.
The engine is a 302 crate motor from Ford Racing. It has roller camshafts but is essentially stock. The engine has 8948 miles since it was installed. Installation was done professionally by a local mechanic that specializes in Fords.
C4 transmission, very smooth.
Differential is a Ford nine inch. Drives well on both city and highway roads.
Edelbrock four barrel carburetor and air filter.
Front bumper is a 1934 Ford rear bumper. The original front bumper comes with the truck.
Motor, differential and transmission have always had synthetic fluids.
Custom exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers.
Vega steering
Equipped with Vintage Air heater. (No air conditioning)
