1932 Ford Roadster steel body by Rod Bod.
I have owned this hot rod for 14 years and it is smooth and reliable.
If you are a NASCAR fan Richard Petty lead a parade at the Air Force Academy in this car and signed the dash - he told me this was the only non-race car he signed.
The 32 is Built on a 32 Chasis Engineering boxed frame with a solid Rod Bod body.
In 2024 Wayne Saunders (@aadsoco) hand sanded the body to bare metal - smoothed, enhanced, and detailed - then painted with a mix of epoxy primer and black paint - quality PPG clear and color sanded to perfection.
The heartbeat is provided by a 1949 8BA Flathead with Mercury (4 inch crank) and internals - Offenhauser heads - Thickstun high rise manifold with dual Original Strombergs (rebuilt by Vern Tardel) and a single Thickstun Air Cleaner.
Front end is a 4” inch drilled and chromed drop axle with Pete & Jake’s components (Superbel - SoCal Brake covers with Wilwood Disc Brakes)
The rear is a 9” Ford with 38 Lincoln drum brakes and Winters Performance Quick Change (411 Ring & Piñon with 3:48 and 4:86 gear set.
The interior has a modified Teas seat and complete custom interior and matching trunk by Knowles Trim Shop - all ABS panels.
The car needs nothing - I’m looking for a 3 or 5 window coupe 1932-1940 with AC and Heat so that may be a possible trade.
Thank You for looking…
