8 year, body off, nut and bolt restoration. 

Less than 200 miles on finished restoration

Completely rebuilt (49-53) Ford Flathead – Engine was “hot tubbed” and checked for cracks then ported and polished.The crank was balanced and every other part was bought new. Tons of speed parts including: Navarro heads, dual intake, lumpy cam, Bob Drake flywheel kit, new water pumps, etc. Brand new exhaust with “cherry bomb” mufflers – this car sounds amazing! You can’t beat the sound of a flathead.

Late 60s Ford C4 automatic transmission – completely gone through, new 1st gear, TCI extra deep cast aluminium pan, Lokar shift/linkage, Flat-O Matic adapter, new drive shaft and external tranny cooler.

Chevy 10 bolt rear end – shortened and rebuilt with new Dutchman axles, Wheel Vintique wheels and Bias Ply tires.

Brand new suspension parts – Pete & Jakes and Lucky 7 parts. 4 inch dropped I beam front axle. Rear transverse leaf with panhard bar. Original Ford Model A frame that has been boxed, all extra holes welded up and then body worked and painted satin black. Power assist, brand new front disk brakes with rear drum.

Misc – all new gas and brake lines, regulators, and pressure gauges as well as a new “Tanks Inc” gas tank. New radiator, hoses, etc. Brand new wiring harness, everything works and lights up, even the licence plate light; even has room for future expansion. 

Real Henry Ford Steel Body – 4 inch chop, recessed firewall, complete wood kit with brand new upper kit that was handmade, stained and has 4 coats of clear. Brand new steel floors and crossmembers, everything welded and panel “glued” then seam sealed, undercoated and painted. Entire interior hushmat’d. 32 Ford grill shell and grill. Extensive use of stainless (or plated) nuts and bolts wherever possible.

Paint – 1957 Porsche Stone Grey – supervised and advised by long-time PPG painter/rep. 2 coats epoxy primer, 1 coat filler primer, 1 coat surfacer, 1 coat 2K, 1 coat sealer, 2 coats or paint and 4 coats of clear – all PPG. The paint is amazing!

Interior – The 2 front seats are aircraft. They have been completely re-designed, painted and dimple dyed. They have all new foam and marine upholstery with a diamond stitch pattern. They are also heated and move forward and back and tilt forward for entry into back seats. Rear seats are from a caravan, have been mounted to slides and fold flat forward. They have been completely re-upholstered too with a matching diamond stitch pattern. Carpet is brand new and has matching floor mats (that will be trimmed/edged) and a removable firewall carpet panel. Stainless laser cut door sills

The Ford metal panels (as well as the interior metal)  have all painted and finished body color. The dash is 32 Ford and has all new gauges, as well as choke, lights and a hidden key as well as a hidden USB charger. Stainless GM tilt column with banjo style wheel and turn signals.
