1940 Mercury Convertible Street rod
Frame off build completed 8k miles ago with over $80k in the restoration. Real convertible Mercury not a cut coupe. Has custom lift off Carson top covered in Hartz cloth. High end custom interior with hidden stereo and restored dash with custom finned panels with head unit in glovebox. Front dropped axle with posie spring and split wishbones and power disc brakes. Rear end is Ford 8 inch with parallel leafs. Recently added all chrome wheels with new Coker wide whites and chrome bumpers. No more green accents on wheels or bumpers. Recently installed crate sbc with automatic transmission and lokar shifter.
The paint is Sherwood green by DuPont has a clear bra installed on front sheet metal. Shaved doors on poppers with remote. Also has shaved trunk lid and gas door. Good running and driving car.
