1941 Ford Pickup
This One Off built killer pickup by Kenny’s Rod Shop in Boise, Idaho is the neighborhood terrorizer…it’s bones started with a complete custom KRS full tube chassis..4 link rear with winters quick change and push rod rocker style suspension , wishbone and anti roll bar to keep it tracking down the road nice and straight!! The front suspension is a drop axle with lay down inboard rocker coilovers, center mounted rack and wilwood disc brakes. The power is a stout 454 BBC with a BDS blower and a pair of blower prepped quick fuel carbs for added power backed by a 350 manual valve body trans and mild stall converter!! The Cab started life as a 41 Ford PU and was chopped. We added suicide doors with safety latches (no door glass) we re worked a Ford car dash to fit and installed Autometer gauges and even a clock in the stock location!! The tube work runs throughout the inside of the cab as well as a full roll cage, hand made seats and a CRAZY int. to match the crazy exterior paint in multi layers of crazy colors..candy’s etc and then soaked in a BUNCH of clear and cut and polished to a deep shine!! One unique feature is a hidden radiator mounted fuel tank that makes such a cool look!! Mind you this truck is LOUD as the funny car zoomies are open..but this truck is 100% street legal and I drive it a LOT on the streets of Boise and at many shows!!
