Solid car with a few rust bubbles on the bottoms of passenger fender, drivers and passenger rocker, and right quarter panel near upper trim. The passenger rear floor pan is the only area underneath the car that has any significant rust with a few areas that are rusted through on that one pan. There is a small crack in the drivers side door glass, on the outside pane only that does not affect operation or safety (laminated, factory tinted glass- irreplaceable) The chassis is rock solid and the car is a great candidate to leave as is, or fully restore. The paint is over 30 years old. The interior is in fantastic condition, also approximately 30 years old. Originally a west coast car, it has spent a lot of its life in a garage. The car is very dry. It does still have manual drum brakes all around, and manual steering. It was factory equipped as a “Stick Six” car, and does still have the factory clutch pedal and assembly still intact under the dash. The chrome on the front bumper is delaminating and peeling, but has been chrome vinyl wrapped to help keep it sealed and preserved as well as to keep it looking presentable. This car simply starts and runs reliably. It’s a real cruise night attention getter. Super unique, and very rare model in this condition with its period correct vintage speed parts for the Ford Purist!
