Hot Rod truck! This one doesn’t disappoint. It’s been an absolute pleasure to own and enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in this truck and go anywhere. Its original bones shows an accident free history its entire life. Before being converted into the custom truck before you it only had 94,000 miles on the truck. You know the old saying, you can buy them cheaper than you can build them, definitely true here. It’s rumored that over $85,000 was spent on this project from 2012-2014 getting it into this state. Once you start to review all the custom work, and then start pricing some of its accessories you quickly begin to understand the love that went into this truck.
The custom gauge cluster reveals just under 3,000 miles on the truck since built, half of which I’ve put on it myself. That means the brand new ZZ502 Crate engine from GM performance is just breaking in. The 700R4 transmission w/ stall convertor was built by Monster Transmission and said to be able to withstand up to 1000 HP. You’ll find endless billet accessories and over the top parts all throughout the engine bay and under the truck. Be cool radiator, Trutrac AC compressor, SSBC 4 wheel disc brakes, Fabtech Xtreme lift just to name a few. Inside there is no shortage of comfort with the cold AC and hot heat. Over cushioned custom simulated Ostrich Leather make the ride comfortable. The custom sound system, with abundant speakers, subwoofers and Italian amplifier provide more sound than really necessary.
For the two years I’ve owned the truck I have taken it to local cars shows. I did drive it several hours away to the Rod Run in Pigeon forge and was pleasantly surprised how well it does on the highway. All around just a great custom truck that has always been highly appreciated everywhere I’ve taken it.
