1939 Mercury Restomod Convertible

Selling my 1939 Mercury convertible that I’ve owned since 2015. The classic look of the original car with the updated modern drivetrain that guarantees power and reliability. Built in 2007 using the drivetrain of a 5,000-mile donor 2004 SVT Ford Lightning.  This fuel-injected, super-charged 5.4-liter engine produced 380 horsepower from the factory.  The transmission is a 4-speed Ford 4R100 overdrive automatic.  The drivetrain sits in the custom chassis with Mustang II front suspension, power rack and pinion steering, Ford 9” rearend, coil-over shocks and 4-wheel disc brakes. Tires are 15” wide whitewalls on artillery style steel wheels painted red.

The classic Mercury body was customized with 48 Ford taillights, hidden gas cap, and smoothed bumper bolts.  The interior is custom leather on electric adjustable bucket seats, Stewart Warner art deco style gauges, GPS speedometer, heat and air conditioning, back-up camera, Bluetooth sound system with powered subs and hidden speakers.
