A Father and Son team… make one great Car of the Week!

There are many “teams” out there. There are basketball, baseball, football and more. Yet, there are no better teams going than a good Father and Son team. The team of @josh57chevy and his father have once again teamed up to build another great ride. It isn’t the first time they have combined their powers to build one-off rides. The pair is also known for their work at @allowayshotrodshop over the years. However, it is in their spare time they build their own cars in their garage. Here is their latest build that has taken several years to complete.

Josh states, “My Dad Joe and I built the 57 at home after work. It took 4 years of nights and weekends . I wanted a slick sleeper style 57 that keeps the less is more as it’s theme. It has an L88 427 with an estimated 550 hp and an TREMEC 5 speed with 4.56 gears and a 9 inch Ford rear. The interior is a new @ciadellainteriors interior kit which is a 210 Delray that’s not seen very often. The Two-ten emblems are a very rare option from a Dealership that would install them on their cars as an option, but they put them on the fender and I moved them to the rear they are NOS. We are looking forward to getting it to some shows when we can.”

Josh, we are hoping you get your new ride to a show soon and that we are there to get more photos of it. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to give @josh57chevy a follow and check out more photos of this car and others they have completed in the past.

Thanks goes to Josh for sharing his beautiful 57 Chevy with us for our latest #caroftheweek installment.
