“The Road Gnatt” is a one-off custom built 2003 Tiburon by Don’s Hot Rods / Don Pilkenton.

Don’s Hot Rods shop are builders of 3 Ridler Awards and 2 America’s Most Beautiful Roadster winners and well know builders for amazing cars across the country. This build has over 12,000 hours put into it with virtually everything on this 2003 Tiburon having been modified or re-created.
This Tuner car was commissioned by Jon Diana of HCI Magazine. Jon spent his life surrounded by custom and high end builds of cars being the editor of Hot Rod Magazine for years and later went on to own his own publishing house. After seeing the concept art of this build at a SEMA show, he requested that Don Pilkenton do the build for him using today’s hot rod style and detail. Unfortunately, about the time the build was finished we lost Jon due to cancer.
